I’m back at the Atlanta Marriott Century Center again for the NAMS Workshop.
I was excited to return to this venue for the event, because the restaurant here (and the food!) is fabulous!
The on-site restaurant is The Stackstone Grille, and I mentioned on Facebook that you can find them on Restaurant.com and get discount restaurant gift certificates (for Stacktone Grille and many other restaurants). Knowing I would be here for three days, I purchased several before I came.
The $25 gift certificates are normally $10, which is a great deal, but you can currently get them for only $2 using promo code: SWEETIE (good until Tuesday, February 14, 2012).
That means you save $23 when dining out. Great deal, no matter where you’re eating this week! 😉
Back to The Stackstone Grille though, I wanted to share my meals with you.
Not literally, because I’m likely to stab you with my fork if you try to reach for my plate (lol), but I did want to *show* you the beautiful low carb meals I’ve been enjoying while here… 😀
I started the day with a beautiful omelet stuffed with bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and provolone cheese – with fresh strawberries on the side (instead of hash browns):
Absolutely fabulous! I only ended up eating two meals, as I had a late breakfast and wasn’t hungry at lunch. Which was okay, because both meals were practically feasts! lol. For dinner I had grilled salmon with asparagus & sauteed spinach (omg, the spinach here is SO good!) – with a few salad items on the side:
This morning, my friend Angie and I decided to hit the gym and work out. Then we ordered room service and enjoyed a quiet breakfast in our room before the day kicked off. I had bacon & eggs, with a strawberry:
The food here is absolutely beautiful, and the chef is willing to cater to our special requests without hesitation. Some of my friends are vegetarian, some eat gluten free, and some are just plain picky (haha) – but we’ve all enjoyed wonderful service and mouth-watering meals. The Stackstone Grille in Atlanta, GA… highly recommended. 😉

Hey Lynn,
Thanks for sharing. The food looks fabulous but stab me with your fork. You are a little bit over protective when it comes to food, eh. π
Happy you had an AWESOME weekend with your certificates for food (great deal) π

I miss that restaurant! It was sooo good. I didn’t try the Salmon and I’m sorry I didn’t because it looks awesome with Asparagus and spinach.
I think that was the first time I’ve been at a hotel that long and I hated to go home and have to cook for myself again!

I know what you mean, Angela – lol. I got hooked on it in August, and was excited to return there and have all the great foods again! Their salmon ROCKS MY SOCKS π Good stuff!
Will you be back in August? I hope so. If you do attend, let’s make sure we have lunch or dinner together and have the salmon. π
