The weekly weigh-ins are just for accountability, of course… The lifestyle change is the REAL goal! ❤
You may notice great weight loss the first week or you may start off slow. You’ll discover there are many “holds” and fluctuations and even temporary gains on the scale as part of a VERY normal weight loss trend…
Just power through those!
Focus on feeling GREAT knowing you are eating healthy, changing habits & getting stronger. Those are BIG achievements to celebrate. 💪🥦

Hi Lynn! Things are finally going fantastic here in Wisconsin! I think you should come visit me for a dinner and a hike this summer! π I just got back from a 10 day vacation in Florida and I came home lighter than I left! I ate so wonderful down there and was a good example to everyone I was with – sticking to keto so that I could FEEL AND LOOK my best on vacation as you have always reminded me. Happy Spring! Snows coming to WI today so that’s no fun but soon enough it will be beautiful here! Come visit! π
