I got my October Keto Krate box this week and it’s a VERY full box.
There are 8 products in this month’s box, including a few of my favorites – which I was happy to see. 🙂
Plus NEW things to try too, like Good Dee’s newest low carb chocolate cake mix. I’ve already decided I’m making low carb cupcakes with that mix. 😉 Yum!
Her mixes are AMAZING…
You can see see my 3 newest Low Carb Dessert Recipes using her mixes at that link, plus I linked to my other 3 recipes (including Snickerdoodle pie crust with her cookie mix!) – and the 3 best places to order them online.
Here are the 8 products in the Keto Krate box this month:
They still have some of these boxes, and right now they’re shipping next business day on all new orders – so if you sign up today THIS box will ship to you tomorrow. 🙂 (I’ll add more pictures below, after my food diary.)

The Good Dee’s cake mix alone is $12, and Guy’s sugar free BBQ sauce is GREAT – and the box even comes with a Low Carb BBQ Pizza recipe. 🙂
I had the Rev Bar with coffee this morning (I love those!) and the Banana Nut are my favorite NUSH cakes. It’s another great box this time!
My Low Carb Meals Yesterday
I had another one of the HUGE low carb chocolate chip cookies for breakfast yesterday, with a serving (28 grams) of Blue Diamond salted almonds. ♥ YUM!
You can see the nutrition facts & ingredients here.
They have NO sugar alcohol, no after taste, they’re HUGE – so basically a meal replacement instead of just a “cookie” – and only 4 net carbs. 🙂
They are THICK, chewy and delicious! But I especially love that they’re made with all “real foods” and actually HEALTHY as a meal.
For lunch I had some leftover salad & chicken. The night before we got take-out from Applebee’s and I had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp with broccoli instead of potatoes, and a caesar side salad:
I just had what was left of my chicken on top of what was left of my salad for lunch yesterday. 🙂 Easy!
Then for dinner…
The big beautiful “Pigs In The Garden Salad” from my local BBQ restaurant. YUM! It’s super fresh spring greens with cucumber and tomato, topped with pulled pork & bacon:
My favorite low carb salad of all time!!
I also had 5 coffees each with Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Powdered Hazelnut Creamer plus 72 ounces of water…

About This Month’s Keto Krate Box:
The brand new low carb cake mix is the HOT TALK around the web in this box, but the Legendary “Buffalo Blue Wing” seasoned almonds are getting RAVE reviews. My favorite instagram comment was “OMG FINGER LICKING GOOD!!!” 🙂 lol. That made ME excited to try them, and happy to hear – as I’ll be reviewing even more of their products for you soon.;)
As I write this they do still have some of these boxes, and if you check the site here it says they’re shipping next business day on all new orders – so if you sign up today THIS box will ship to you tomorrow. But if it says they’re sold out, you’re too late!
If you got the October Keto Krate, I would LOVE to hear what you’ve tried so far – and what your favorites are. 🙂
* NOTE: Use coupon code FIVE2017 for $5 off your first box.
You can cancel anytime – there’s no contract, so if you just want this one box you can sign up today and get it fast, then cancel anytime.;)

p.s. If you decide to order from KNOW Foods, they have a coupon code too: IKNOWBETTER. It’s good for 20% off and Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more.
I like the bars, which are very bread-like, and the wraps are a favorite too. Nobody seems to like the Lemon Cookies, but the other three flavors of cookies are a BIG hit – and personally, my favorite product for the carb count & size. I say that because the donuts & muffins etc are much smaller so the carbs could really add up on you with those! Oh – and their sugar free syrup is GREAT. 😉

Lauri says
How do you figure 4 net carbs for the cookie? It says 42 g carbs, with 12 g fiber…?
Lynn Terry says
Hi Lauri π Yes, they use allulose as the sweetener which they are required to label as sugar but you can subtract that just like sugar alcohols.
Go to http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/cookie and click Net Carbs – it will expand and show you how it’s calculated.
Patricia L. says
It contains Allulose which they have to label as a real sugar, but doesnβt have the same affect on the body like real sugar. Lynn will be able to explain it much better.
Quest hero and Quest cereal bars use it as well. They are both delish.
Lynn Terry says
I just put up a new video that explains the use of Allulose as a low carb sweetener and how to calculate the net carbs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMgEwkISrd0 π
Doris Gray says
I totally enjoy following you and getting low carb ideas, especially the pecan-cottage cheese-berry βcerealβ! I used your spinach biscuit recipe and loved that, too, but have misplaced it. Will you please resend it?
Lynn Terry says
Hi Doris π I’m so glad you enjoy low carb cereal option! The recipe for the spinach biscuits is here: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/17148/low-carb-vegetable-meal-recipe/ That’s a favorite!!
Kari says
Hi again Lynn.
I am almost the same weight as you. And I know you mentioned that your weight bounces around a lot before a drop. Would you eve mind posting a list of your daily weights for like a month or two if you have that somewhere?
I started 30 days ago at 144.4. I was 140.0 today. My lowest weight has been 139.4. And I bounced up this week to 141.4. So I would be interested to see your progression.
If not I understand. Thx!
Lynn Terry says
Sure, Kari – mine is pretty much the same as yours. π lol It’s really common as part of the general weight loss trend, but even more so at our weight…
10/1: 140.8
10/4: 139.6
10/5: 140.8
10/8: 141.8
10/10: 142.2 (processed meats like salami do this to me)
10/15: 140.8
This morning my scales kept bouncing between 139.8 and 140.8 lol. I’m wondering if they’ll be more decisive tomorrow! π
I also did a 3 day road trip this past week and my weight tends to “hold” when I travel.
