I played with the ChocZero White Chocolate Dipping Cups last night. 🙂 I made 3 different low carb candies – literally in a matter of minutes: a white chocolate raspberry truffle, white/dark chocolate swirl, and a white chocolate peanut butter cup. ♥ YUM!
I wanted to follow up and do a continuation of my original ChocoZero Low Carb Dipping Cup Recipes & Ideas post, because they sent me the white chocolate cups to try… and so many of you asked me about those.
Plus the white chocolate cups are only ONE net carb each. 😉
Note: the original post was sponsored by ChocZero and they sent me their products to review for you. I negotiated you a discount in the deal too!

In that post I gave you some BEAUTIFUL (fun & creative!) ideas to try, including gourmet chocolate covered strawberries, healthy low carb candy, low carb peanut butter cups, low carb dessert & cake toppers and more:
~
What I love most is that the ChocoZero Low Carb Chocolate has NO sugar alcohol, so there’s NO tummy upset and ZERO icky aftertaste. 🙂
Plus… it tastes just like REAL white chocolate and dark chocolate! It’s rich, creamy, and makes the most decadent individual low carb desserts.
~
Assuming you’ve seen my original post & review (above) with the photo tour of my first batch of low carb candies with ChocZero, here’s a follow-up now that I’ve had a chance to 1) travel with the dipping cups 🙂 and 2) try the white chocolate cups!
I just got home from a 3-day low carb road trip, so last night I whipped up some more low carb treats – using the new White Chocolate Dipping Cups that were waiting on my doorstep when I got home.:)
The first thing I made (above) is white chocolate & raspberries. 🙂
I had frozen raspberries and used the smaller pieces out of the bottom of the bag (18 grams) – and made them right in the little ChocZero dipping cups!
All you have to do is peel the top back, warm up the cup in the microwave until the chocolate is melted and creamy (I do 10 seconds, stir & repeat until it’s just right), add in whatever you want, pop them in the freezer to set up…
Then you pull them out of the freezer and enjoy:
The dipping cups serve as “candy molds” and you can pop your individual low carb candy treats right out of the cups for perfectly portioned keto desserts!
I had a little bit of dark chocolate leftover from another cup, so I made a white chocolate peanut butter cup next – and topped it without some of the dark chocolate. 🙂
That totally rocked my socks! 😉 Amazingly delicious!!
Next I decided to mix a dark chocolate and white chocolate dipping cup together and make a creamy swirl:
As you can see I cut them in half, which is easy enough to do with a sharp knife – even when they’re frozen. I find them to be a LARGE low carb candy, so I will cut them in half to get two treats out of one. 🙂
The white chocolate raspberry candy was definitely my favorite of the three last night!
Did I mention it only takes a couple of minutes to make an individual low carb dessert? Or THREE totally different treats? 🙂
I love that!
That makes it great for portion control, but also great for fun & creative HEALTHY low carb party trays. 🙂
Here are some that I made before, which you saw in my last post:
As you can see, the possibilities are endless – you can get really creative and make all kinds of pretty low carb candies for the holidays or anytime you’re entertaining.
They make a nice (quick & easy!) individual dessert anytime too of course. 😉
Here are the three I made last night, cut in halves – which I find to be about the perfect size for a nice treat:
I mentioned I just got home from a low carb road trip, and I took the Dark Chocolate Dipping Cups with me on the road. So I want to show you just how portable and easy (and fun!) these are for a low carb treat – anywhere, anytime!
This was in my hotel room in Asheville, NC the other day…
I had some peanut butter, almonds, almond butter and a few other snacks with me, plus the dipping cups of course, so I decided to make myself some treats to enjoy. 🙂
My hotel room had a microwave and a refrigerator, which is all you need. I had a plastic knife in my bag too, which I used to stir the chocolate.
I just peeled back the top, microwaved the chocolate, and added different things to each cup to make a variety of candy to enjoy:
Then I popped them in the hotel freezer to set up, and headed out for my concert – knowing I’d have a dreamy creamy chocolate dessert when I got back. 🙂
I love that it’s no mess, no fuss!
I still had some left when I checked out of my hotel on Sunday, so I just dropped them back into the canister they came in, and they traveled all the way home and back in MY freezer just fine. 🙂
What a brilliant invention!!
Of course just like before, they pop right out of the dipping cups and you have the perfectly portioned low carb desserts – ready to eat:
My favorite from that batch was the Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Cup. The texture and flavor combo was PERFECT. 🙂
Here’s the peanut butter cup I made in my hotel room:
As you can see (bad lighting in my room and all, lol) it’s a really good sized dessert. Perfect for making an individual treat for yourself:
And here’s the BIG “Sweet & Salty Almond & Dark Chocolate Bar” I made by adding a full serving (28 grams) of salted almonds to a dark chocolate dipping cup:
How cool is it that you can make them on the go, travel with them, or create gorgeous party plates at home that look like gourmet candies?!
~
A fun, easy way to make healthy low carb treats – with no mess!

Absolutely obsessed w these now!
Made a peanut butter cup after dinner and LOVED IT
Going to try white chocolate w a strawberry next ( Dont have raspberries but going to get some next time )
Lynn Terry says
Raspberries are pretty tart, so I bet strawberries would be even better. 🙂 But I did love the tart & sweet combo! The white chocolate is definitely a WINNER. They really nailed this recipe. It tastes JUST like white chocolate, you would never guess it’s sugar free. Don’t you agree?! 😉
Betsy says
I have ordered the Dark Chocolate and can’t wait until it arrives. What about trying it with some coconut and almonds, like a Mounds Bar?
Lynn Terry says
Ooh, great idea Betsy! 🙂
Sandra says
I’ve been on low carb 2 weeks.. is it slow at first. I’ve only lost 2 lbs. I put it in my fitness pal everyday and my carbs are 20 to 30. Should I be discouraged.
Lynn Terry says
Hi Sandra,
Tracking is key. You want to do 20 net carbs max, 70% fat minimum. The high fat is key, so make sure you’re getting plenty of healthy fats. 😉
How much weight do you need or want to lose?
Also, make sure you only weigh yourself first thing in the morning right after you pee. Any other time of day is not an accurate reading…

I cannot wait to get my White Chocolate cups…1 net carb a piece makes them sound perfectly amazing to me. I plan to first make a peanut butter cup…and then probably pecans or almonds…oh gosh…yum! 🙂 I also got the Darkest chocolate they had squares because they were 1 g a piece too. I have some sugar free hershey’s and reese’s to eat up. I got them to avoid Halloween candy but I really do want to try to avoid the frankenfood of sugar alcohols…thanks Lynn, you got me again! hahah
Lynn Terry says
I love that they are so low carb too! 🙂 And definitely the fact that they do NOT have sugar alcohol. That is a really big selling point for me. I am almost amazed at how sweet they are with no sugar and no sugar alcohol. They actually taste like real chocolate that IS full of sugar. So creamy & delicious too. 🙂 YUM!
Anne says
Do you make white chocolate dipped bacon strips? I would love to see pictures of those!
Caryn Turner says
After you’ve made several of these little treats and set them in the freezer, do you store them in the fridge or keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to eat them?
Lynn Terry says
Hi Caryn,
I keep them in the freezer, and take them out to eat them. 🙂
Amber says
I’m slow to post but I love using these to top off peanut butter fat bombs. I just make my peanut butter and coconut oil (50/50) bombs in the silicone tray leaving a little room on top and chill to slightly harden. Then I gave it a light sprinkle of kosher salt (crunch!) melted the choc zero dipping cup and drizzled on top and finished freezing. Closest thing to a Reese’s peanut butter cup yet – salty, sweet and addictive!!
Lynn Terry says
Yum! What a great idea, Amber 🙂 Sounds delicious!!
Brenda Derhammer says
Have tried for some time to order dipping cups, but are always sold out.☹️
Lynn Terry says
I am patiently waiting for them to be back in stock as well, Brenda. 😉 I’ll keep you posted, and let you know as soon as they’re available again!
