I got my June Keto Krate today, and I couldn’t wait to open it up!
I was THRILLED to discover what was inside, too. 🙂
♥ ♥ ♥ NEW: All Keto Krate boxes are now GLUTEN FREE ♥ ♥ ♥
I really love that they send low carb products I may not have tried or even heard of otherwise, and that they’re hand-picked for quality and carb count.
It’s usually specialty products, meaning the products are expensive to order individually, making the Keto Krate a really great value – with the highest quality foods to enjoy.
Plus fun new flavors to mix things up & cure your “food boredom.” 🙂
I’ve really enjoyed mixing things up with all these cool products lately! It’s like getting a big birthday surprise box every single month, lol. It’s so much fun!
You can see what was in the previous boxes at these links: July, August, September, October, November, December & January, February, March, April and May. You’ll discover LOTS of new low carb foods to try in those lists!
In those 9 posts I gave you detailed price comparisons of each product in the box, and also gave you links where you could find the products individually. I’ll do the same for this box, because it’s FUN to discover new low carb foods & fresh options.
If you got the June Keto Krate, I look forward to hearing YOUR thoughts – what you’ve tried, what you liked or didn’t like.
If you didn’t get one, you can sign up today to make sure you get one next week… because they’re shipping the rest of them SOON and they always sell out FAST. 😉
The June Keto Krate: A Box Full of Low Carb Food Fun!
Each Keto Krate box comes with 6-9 full-sized low carb products. My last box had 7 cool new foods in it. This one has 7 brand new products to try too!
I’m working with Keto Krate to help spread the word out about this awesome service, because I LOVE it. I can tell you firsthand they are super cool guys! Probably because they’re Canadian. 😉 Speaking of, they’re working on ways to be able to ship to Canada affordably. In exchange I get to try the products plus I earn a small one-time referral fee when you sign up. And I don’t get to dive into my box the minute it arrives and devour the chocolate, because I have to take photos & do product research to put together all these fun details for you!
Here are the 7 low carb products in this month’s Keto Krate box
I included the BEST prices for each individual product as listed on Netrition (my favorite low carb store online!), Amazon, or their own website. That way you can order (or reorder) individual products at the cheapest possible places. 🙂
Good Dee’s Blondies Low Carb Baking Mix, $11.99
I’m a BIG fan of Good Dee’s mixes, starting with her low carb brownies and more recently the low carb snickerdoodle mix. YUM! ♥
Good Dee’s low carb mixes are gluten free, keto friendly, low carb and very versatile! You can get them on her website, on Netrition and also on Amazon:
- Browse Good Dee’s Website
$11.99 + $6 shipping (use code LOWCARBTRAVEL15 for 15% off) - Order it at Netrition.com
$11.99 + low flat rate shipping - Get it on Amazon
$12.99 + free shipping w/Amazon Prime
Keto Kookie: Chocolate Chip, $3.99
I’ve tried all three flavors (double chocolate, snickerdoodle & chocolate chip). These are great cookies. They’re quite sweet (like real cookies, but sugar free) so I like to make “cookie stacks” or top / sandwich them with peanut butter and/or cream cheese. 🙂
Tip: Go to the Keto Kookie site and sign up by email to get 10% off.
It’s 19.95 for a dozen cookies, plus $4.95 shipping = $24.90
I recently did a Keto Kookie vs Good Dee’s Cookie Mix Comparison if you missed that.
Quest Cinnamon Roll Cereal Protein Bar, $1.99
This was the first thing I ate, and it was delicious! Great texture, awesome flavor. MUCH better than the waffle cereal bar we got in the May box. 😉 Way WAY better!
You can get them on Netrition. The boxes are more expensive on the Quest website, but you can order them individually for $1.99 each there (plus shipping). They’re cheapest on Amazon ($1.46 each) by the box, at just 21.96 w/Free Shipping – and even cheaper with Subscribe & Save.
Right now Quest is having a “Cereal Bar Giveaway Promotion” where you get 3 FREE BARS (chocolate, cinnamon & waffle) with any order. So if you just ordered ONE Cinnamon Roll Cereal Protein Bar for 1.99, you actually get FOUR bars. Shipping is $4.95 though, so you’ll pay $6.94 total.
Foods Alive Onion Garlic Flax Crackers ($7.49)
These are cheapest on Vitacost at only $6.29 plus they give you 10% off too. When you add in the $4.99 shipping, the one item is $11.28.
And Vitacost is also on Ebates, so you’ll get cashback TOO when you order there if you’re on Ebates. 🙂 You should be!
My favorite product from this company so far is the Foods Alive Organic Onion Ring Clusters. Those are AMAZING!!
The New Primal: Uncured Maple Bacon Stick, $2.49
You’ll get 15% off at TheNewPrimal.com if you sign up by email. They have a lot of different flavors, but it’s $39.95 for a pack of 20 sticks.
You can get a 7-Stick Trial Variety Pack for $14.95 though. Shipping was $6.25 to my address, btw. That makes the 20-pack $2.31 each, or the 7-pack $3.03 each.
So… they’re cheaper on Amazon at $2.19 each with free shipping.
Everly Strawberry Lemonade Drink Mix (3 packets), $3.99
I’m thinking this would be GREAT with rum. 🙂 The water too of course, but then add rum -lol. You can get 30 self-serve packets for $20 on Amazon with free shipping.
They also have larger pouches (30 servings) instead of packets, and those are only $12.50 on Amazon with free shipping.
If I understand that correctly (?) it’s the same amount of servings, but the self serve packets are higher priced due to their convenience…
They don’t sell the single server packets on the GoEverly.com website, and the pouches are the same price as Amazon ($12.50) but you also pay $3 shipping for a total of $15.50.
La Croix Cantaloupe Pink Grapefruit Naturally Essenced Sparkling Water
This product intrigues me. 🙂 I also think it might be great with rum.:)
It’s zero calorie, zero carb, zero sweetener – pretty much zero everything. The only ingredient is: only carbonated water, naturally essenced.
You can get a 24-Pack of 12oz Cans for $20 on Amazon with free shipping.
I remain intrigued. I have no idea how they get the flavor in there…
I already ate the Quest Cereal Bar, but the next thing I want to try are the Good Dee’s Blondies! 🙂
Price Breakdown & Comparison
You have to order most of the items in bulk or by the box instead of individually, and from a variety of websites. Using the cheapest options, it would cost you $129.91 to purchase these products online on your own.
That makes the Keto Krate a GREAT value at only $34.95! You can cancel anytime, or even order individual past Keto Boxes on their website too. They also include coupons & discount codes in every box, increasing the value even more.
It’s AWESOME to sample individual products at such a great price!
Cool Keto Krate facts:
- Always Low Carb: All snacks in Keto Krate have less than 5g of carbs per serving. Often much less.
- NEW: Gluten Free
- Natural Is Better: “Nuts, dried meats, dried cheeses and more. If it’s natural and low carb it’s at the top of our Keto snack list.”
- No Contract / Money-Back Guarantee: You can cancel at anytime, there’s no long term contract. And your satisfaction is guaranteed!
- NO MALTITOL / NO ASPARTAME
You get something different in your Keto Krate every single month, so it’s a great way to discover interesting new low carb products you may fall in love with!
Plus… who doesn’t LOVE to get a big fun package in the mail?? 🙂
What better way to reward yourself, and keep low carb’ing FUN?!
Are you already a fan?
If so, what did you try out of this box so far?
This June Keto Krate is almost sold out, so if you sign up today you’ll get this same box when they ship the next batch on Monday! 🙂 You can cancel anytime, by the way – you don’t have to commit to a contract or anything.
I would really love to hear what YOU’ve tried from this box so far, what you loved and what you didn’t, or what you would like to try from the list if you didn’t get this box.
Best,
Lynn Terry,

I recently tried the Good Dee’s Blondie mix – got it from Amazon. Big fan. So far it’s my favorite mix. I dressed it up with pecans and some Lily chocolate chips. Can’t wait to try the new Quest bars!

That sounds fabulous, Kim! I’m a big fan too. My favorite mix yet!! I added pecans & cream cheese: http://www.travelinglowcarb.com/17530/low-carb-blondies-recipe/ What did you think of the new Quest cereal bar? I loved this one, much better than the waffle bar we got last time. π
